Second Debut Art Fair

Last week I had a wonderful time volunteering at Second Debut with Mary (Miss Washington County) and Gianna (Miss Teen Washington County). Second Debut is a one-of-a-kind fashion and art boutique that benefits Goodwill Easter Seals. That day the boutique held an art fair featuring local artists, refreshments, and even hand massages. Mary, Gianna and I were thrilled to greet guests, meet the artists, and shop a little, too!

Because my family was in town to watch me run the Twin Cities Marathon with my husband the following day, they were able to visit me at the event. As you can see, I just couldn’t resist giving my stepdad Jim a little “fashion makeover:”

   I still think I look good in that hat, no matter what Bev says. Audrey, you’re looking good too. What a fashion statement!

   It was nice of you to volunteer at Second Debut and interesting too see the work of the local artists.
